At Crafted Legends LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality 3D printed products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Time-frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact me at jamespilkington@craftedlegendsllc.com within the 30-day period. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized 3D prints are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
